Advice on SD bay in the afternoon/evening

Hey guys,
Any advice on places in San Diego Bay to tube in the afternoon/evenings. I am at a conference the early part of this coming week and plan to tube after daily. Right now I was plannng on hitting Glorietta. Any other ideas would be welcome. Thanks.

Looks like there's an afternoon/evening incoming tide early next week. On an incoming tide I like to fish Tidelands Park on Coronado Island or Spanish Landing on Harbor Dr near the airport. Parking at Tidelands is free. Parking at Spanish Landing is $4 for 4 hr max. Both places have an easy launch from a small sandy beach. Not sure which one is more sheltered from the wind but I suspect Spanish Landing is. All of my experience on SD Bay is in the early morning hours.
