Perchzilla

I haven't fished the surf much these last few months, and the outings have been pretty dismal with not much to report. This morning in Newport was about the same, except for the first 10 minutes and within a few casts! Finally found some monster perch, bigger than any perch I've caught in the last few years in SoCal. Landed two of these within a few casts, all colored up for spawning. Made my day.

Keep fishing - Kevin

Well done Kev. You deserve a prize like that. Beautiful perch!
